I wanted to support this new business, but unfortunately, the service was terrible and very unorganized. There was no one at the register taking orders, and a long line was forming. I ordered the Manhattan sandwich, a veggie egg white omelette for my guest, and an almond croissant. Instead of the omelette, they brought us a cream cheese bagel. I explained the mistake, but I finished my sandwich and my guest still hadn’t received his food. The staff kept asking if we had received our food when they could clearly see we hadn’t. Why keep asking instead of actually checking on the order? The cook also asked if our order was for dine-in or takeout when we were clearly sitting there eating. I told him dine-in, yet they still brought the food out in a takeout box. After waiting over 30 minutes, they finally brought out a fajita omelette, which was still wrong. My guest is on a doctor-prescribed diet and can only eat egg whites. We told the cook multiple times that we ordered an egg white omelette, yet he still couldn’t get it right. How does a cook not know what egg whites are? On top of that, the omelette was supposed to come with fries, which were also missing. At that point, we gav

Absolutely amazing! You can immediately taste the difference between this family-owned shop and the big commercial places. The bagels were fresh, flavorful, and seriously delicious. Even the muffin was incredible—rich, fresh, and actually tasted homemade instead of mass-produced. Customer service was outstanding, friendly, and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about what they serve. Highly recommend this place!

I had bagels in the north east, however, these bagels top them all. The best I ever had. Keep up the good work. Very nice people excellent service

So there's a sign all pastries, $2.50 I guess that's not for all customers because. I was charged $3 with tax made it $3.23 and last time I checked. Croissants are pastries. I'm just disappointed because I really enjoyed the pastries, and they offer one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches. I just don't like the unfair pricing
